Hanover Vegetable Farm tickets & upcoming events

Looking for a place that’s a little bit farm, a little bit fun, and full of surprises? Hanover Vegetable Farm in Ashland, VA, is just that spot. It all kicked off back in 2014 when they started their very first farm-based summer camp for kids, imagine kids getting dirty, planting seeds, and learning where their food really comes from. Fast forward to 2026, they hosted their first agricultural art contest, where local artists showcased stunning pieces inspired by the farm’s rolling fields and vibrant gardens. And oh, the garlic! In 2019, they harvested over two thousand units, a record for them and a testament to their dedication. Planning a party or a picnic? You’ll want to reserve one of their exclusive shelter sections early, trust me, they fill up quick, especially on sunny weekends. Parking’s a breeze right at the front, and there’s a charming little pond near the entrance that’s perfect for snapping some photos or just taking a breather. Besides all that, Hanover Vegetable Farm also rocks live events, from comedy nights to outdoor concerts. They’ve got killer sound and lighting setups that make every show feel like a mini festival. Whether you’re after front-row tickets for the Country Jam II Music Festival or a cozy VIP spot at That Arena Rock Show, they’ve got options for everyone. Honestly, it’s the kind of place that makes you feel like you’ve stumbled upon a hidden gem, a little bit rustic, a little bit lively, and totally worth a visit.
